Thorney Gains WA State Squad Selection

The Peel Thunder Football Club would like to congratulate Tyrone Thorne in his recent selection in the 2021 WA State Squad.

General Manager of Football, Matt Rosa says "We are all really proud of Thorney and it’s great reward for how dedicated he has been to keep improving both on and off the field. His form in the early part of the season has come as no surprise to anyone at the club, as he always trains with great intensity so his talent, and work rate has been on show since pre-season started in November. Hopefull Tyrone will get an opportunity to pull on the WA jumper this weekend and I'm sure he will represent WA and the Peel Region extremely well!"
